Associate Director, Academic Hiring Experience - School of Medicine Dean's Office of Academic Appointments & Compensation, Integrated Resources, Academic HR

This role will own compensation, benefits, and rewards programs that help attract, retain, and motivate talent at scale. You will partner with people leaders, finance, and executive stakeholders to align rewards strategy with business priorities and employee experience. Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and oversight for academic hiring services
• Cultivate team expertise in clinical and biomedical department hiring processes
• Lead team meetings to communicate updates and improvements
• Build a culture of excellence and accountability within the Hiring Experience team
• Direct the execution of academic recruitment and onboarding processes
• Ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory hiring requirements
• Serve as an escalation point for complex recruitment issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field such as Business or Human Resources
• 5+ years of experience in academic HR or related areas, including 2+ years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of academic personnel operations and compliance
• Ability to navigate immigration and visa processes for recruitment
• Exceptional communication and project management skills

Pay

$145,008 – $180,000 annually
