We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Also remove application instructions (cover letter requirement). Also remove navigation/cookie etc. Keep substantive info. We need to parse the posting: It includes description about Duke University, then role description, responsibilities, qualifications, skills, benefits, pay range. We need to decide sections: Possibly "About the role" (overview), "Responsibilities" (What You'll Do), "Requirements" (Required Qualifications), "Qualifications" maybe separate? But we can combine. The instruction says use headings for those section names if content exists. We can have multiple sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay. Schedule? There's mention of rotating 24-hour Dean-on-Call schedule, but that's part of responsibilities. Not a separate schedule section with details like hours. Probably not include Schedule unless explicit schedule details. Benefits: mention comprehensive medical and dental care, retirement benefits, family-friendly and cultural programs. So we can include Benefits. Pay: Anticipated Pay Range given. Skills: there is "Required Skills And Competencies" section. Qualifications: there is "Required Qualifications" and "Strongly Preferred Education" and "Strongly Preferred Experiences". Could combine into Requirements and Qualifications? But we have both headings allowed. We'll include Requirements (minimum qualifications) and Qualifications (preferred). Or we could just have Requirements covering both required and preferred. But to follow instruction, we can include both if content. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not include boilerplate: EEO, Equal Opportunity Employer, physical job functions, etc. Remove those. Also remove "All candidates must submit a cover letter..." (application instruction). Remove that. Also remove "Learn more at: https://hr.duke.edu/benefits/" maybe considered benefits link but it's okay to keep? It's a link to benefits; but it's not boilerplate; it's a reference. Might keep as part of Benefits section? Could keep as a link within

. However instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The link is not those; it's okay. We must preserve all substantive information. Let's extract content: About Duke University intro: Could be considered "About the role"? Actually the intro about Duke is general. Could be part of About the role? Might be better to have "About the role" summarizing the position purpose. The posting includes: "As the Associate Dean and Director of the Office of Student Conduct and Community Standards (OSCCS), you will provide strategic and operational leadership for the university’s undergraduate student community standards process." That's role overview. Also earlier paragraph about Duke. Could be considered "About the role" or maybe we could have a section "About Duke" but not in allowed headings. So we can put that info in About the role section. Responsibilities: The "What You'll Do" section with subheadings: Lead Student Conduct and Community Standards Programs, Lead and Develop High-Performing Teams, Shape University Policy and Strategy, Drive Assessment, Education, and Campus Engagement, Support Students During Critical Moments. We'll capture bullet points. Requirements: Required Minimum Qualifications: education bachelor's degree, six years experience, or equivalent combination. Qualifications: Strongly Preferred Education (Master's degree in ...), Strongly Preferred Experiences (list). Could be separate. Skills: Required Skills And Competencies: list. Benefits: "Duke provides comprehensive and competitive medical and dental care programs, generous retirement benefits, and a wide array of family-friendly and cultural programs to eligible team members." Pay: "Anticipated Pay Range: Duke University provides an annual base salary range for this position as USD $68,179.00 to USD $125,438.00." Schedule: Not explicit schedule besides rotating 24-hour Dean-on-Call schedule mentioned under responsibilities. Not a separate schedule section. We must not include duplicated lines. Now produce HTML:

Pay

Anticipated Pay Range: Duke University provides an annual base salary range for this position as USD $68,179.00 to USD $125,438.00.

We must ensure no extra sections like Schedule. Also ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO, physical job functions, etc. We removed those. Check for duplicated lines: none. Check that we preserved all substantive info: The intro about Duke, role overview, responsibilities list, requirements, qualifications, skills, benefits, pay. We omitted the "Be You. At Duke, we believe..." etc. That's substantive? It's about diversity and inclusion; could be considered part of About the role? Might be worth including. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The "Be You. At Duke, we believe our strength comes from the diverse experiences..." is substantive about Duke's values. Should we include? It's not boilerplate; it's a value statement. Could be included in About the role section. We'll add a sentence. Also "Be Bold. As the strategic and operational leader of OSCCS, you will guide the university's undergraduate student conduct process, influence institutional policy, support student development, and serve as a trusted advisor during some of the most complex and meaningful moments in student life." That's also
