Job Summary

We're looking for a social-native, content-obsessed Associate Manager, Social Media to manage day-to-day channel management and community management for 2–3 beloved Hasbro brands. You'll keep communities engaged, feeds fresh, and campaigns running smoothly.

What You'll Do

  • Daily channel management: Manage the day-to-day publishing, scheduling, and upkeep of social channels for 2–3 TGL&E brands.
  • Content calendar coordination: Own the content calendar process, organize assets, manage intake from cross-functional partners, maintain approval workflows, and keep everything on track for go-live.
  • Community management: Monitor, respond to, and engage with fans and followers across owned brand channels to deepen authentic connection. Identify trending conversations, and key community members; activate with high-volume, real-time social copy and community engagement strategies that turn casual commenters into brand evangelists.
  • Campaign development: Always-on content production. Develop and produce platform-native content — captions, copy, short-form video concepts, asset briefs, and creative ideation — working with the Senior Manager and creative teams to keep calendars stocked and stories moving.
  • Campaign support: Support the Senior Manager on big moment campaigns and social innovation projects — contributing creative ideas, executing tactical deliverables, and helping manage campaign timelines.
  • Boosting support: Identify breakout organic social posts in real time and collaborate with the performance marketing team to convert them into high-performing paid ad creative.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Act as a day-to-day connector across brand, marketing, licensing, and analytics teams — gathering assets, securing approvals, aligning on messaging, and ensuring social needs are represented in marketing planning.
  • Global scaling: Partner with regional teams to adapt social programs for local markets.
  • Creator selection and fit: Support creator and influencer partnerships by developing briefs, content ideas for collaborations that would resonate with brand audiences, and ensuring brand fit.
  • Measurement & optimization: Pull and compile weekly and monthly social analytics reports — tracking engagement, reach, follower growth, and content performance to inform ongoing optimizations. Stay on top of platform trends, audience trends, meme culture, and creator conversations relevant to our brands — surfacing timely opportunities to the Senior Manager for reactive or proactive content.
  • Micro-optimizations: Stay informed on platform best practices and content policies to keep publishing clean and compliant.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of social media or content marketing experience
  • Hands-on experience managing brand social channels (not just personal)
  • Platform-native — you live on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and know the nuances of each
  • Strong writing skills — you can write in a brand voice and make copy feel natural
  • Organized and detail-oriented — juggling multiple brands and deadlines doesn't rattle you
  • Basic content creation skills — Canva, CapCut, Adobe suite, or similar
  • Collaborative, curious, and genuinely excited about toys, games, and pop culture

What We Offer

  • The pay transparency range for this role is listed below. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
  • Benefits and programs may include: Health & Wellness, Time Off to Recharge, Financial Well-being, Life & Family Support, Volunteer and Community Initiatives, Learning & Development, Exclusive Perks
