Creator Acquisition Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Possess and leverage talent and agency networks to support the identification and onboarding of new creators.
• Ensure creators are familiar and proficient in using Fanfix's monetization tools.
• Collaborate with the Success team to manage creator relationships and maintain consistent communication.
• Propose and negotiate contractual agreements, including deliverables, counter-offers, and key considerations.
• Analyze data to provide guidance and support for creators' success on the platform.
• Spearhead initiatives to expand the creator network, regions, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Deep understanding of the social media landscape, creator economy, and Gen-Z culture, including the business aspects of full-time content creation.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills, capable of handling a high volume of outreach, timelines, and diverse personalities.
• Experience in negotiating contracts and presenting products or applications to qualified leads.

Compensation & Benefits
