Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a scalable pipeline of creators across performance driven channels (UGC, influencer, affiliate-adjacent creators)
- Own creator onboarding, contracting, compliance, and quality standards
- Coordinate monthly production (scripts, briefs, timelines, delivery)
- Manage comms with creators + affiliates in built channels (slack, dm, discord)
- Manage creator output against performance KPIs (CTR, CVR etc)
- Act as primary point of contact for creators and creator partners/agencies
- Partner closely with Growth, Media, and Ops teams to align creator output with performance goals
- Identify underperforming supply and take corrective action (optimization, replacement, or pause)
- Maintain documentation, reporting, and feedback loops to inform optimization and scaling
- Share creator feedback with sales, growth and necessary teams in order to identify new opportunities
Must-Have Qualifications
- 3–6+ years experience in creator management, influencer marketing, or performance partnerships
- Strong understanding of performance marketing fundamentals (attribution, CPA, LTV, creative testing)
- Experience managing multiple creators simultaneously in a structured, repeatable way
- Proven ability to enforce quality standards and compliance requirements
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with non traditional hours
