The Role

The Creator Talent Manager at IKONICFOX is responsible for overseeing a team of creators and managing their brand partnerships. Key responsibilities include:

Requirements

Qualifications for this role include:

• 2-4 years of direct work experience in influencer marketing or ad agency
• Loves interacting with talent and understands the influencer industry
• Strong emotional intelligence and effective communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Reliable and responsible
• Self-motivated while working remotely in a collaborative, team environment

Pay & Schedule

The salary range for this position is $75k - $95k, with potential for bonus.
