The user wants me to reformat a job posting into clean, well-structured semantic HTML. I need to follow the rules carefully: 1. Use

for section headings (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule) 2. Use
  • for lists of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose 3. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading 4. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings 5. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail 6. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions 7. Include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text 8. Never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them 9. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones 10. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences Let me analyze the job posting: - Company info: "About Unily" - this is company background, not a job section per se. Could be "About the company" but the rules mention "About the role" as a heading. The posting has "Job Purpose" which is like "About the role". - "Job Purpose" - this is the role overview - "Main Responsibilities" - list of duties - "Knowledge, Skills And Experience Needed For The Job" - requirements/qualifications - "Required Attributes" - more qualifications/soft skills - "Why Work for Unily?" - benefits section with specific details The posting also has some boilerplate at the end: "This Job Description is intended as a guide..." and "We are united by a shared purpose..." and "View Unily's USA Careers Privacy Notice here" - these should be removed. I need to structure this into sections: 1. About the role (from Job Purpose) 2. Responsibilities (from Main Responsibilities) 3. Requirements (from Knowledge, Skills And Experience Needed For The Job) 4. Qualifications (from Required Attributes) - or combine with Requirements? The rules mention both "Requirements" and "Qualifications" as possible headings. I'll keep them separate since they're distinct sections in the posting. 5. Benefits (from Why Work for Unily?) - this has specific benefits listed. Pay and Schedule are not explicitly mentioned, so no sections for those. Now, I need to convert each section into HTML with h3 headings, ul/li for lists, p for prose. Let me draft:

    About the role

As a member of the Contracts team, you will provide practical contracting support across both new business and existing customer relationships, acting as a primary contact for renewals. The role focuses on negotiating drafting renewals and related amendments, managing incoming contracting requests, maintaining standard templates, and keeping contract records accurate and up to date. Providing contract support to transition existing customers to new templates and terms, as needed. You will work closely with the Legal and Privacy teams and act as a primary point of contact for CSG, Sales, Finance, and other stakeholders. You will manage a high volume of renewal activity, typically within short turnaround times. This will include preparing and negotiating renewal amendments, and managing more bespoke amendments for legacy or non-standard agreements. You will assist US Contracts Counsel in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating new customer agreements as needed. You will also maintain and manage templates, provide reporting based on contract terms, and respond to contract-related questions from across the business. The Contracts Manager will take ownership of a broad portfolio of commercial agreements, supporting both new business opportunities and renewals from initial review through negotiation and execution. Working closely with Sales and the wider business, you will proactively progress contracting discussions, navigate legal and commercial considerations, and help move deals forward efficiently while protecting the interests of the business.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage the Contracts queue by reviewing, prioritizing, assigning, and progressing requests in a timely manner, ensuring new business deals and renewals move through the contracting process efficiently.
    • Review, draft, negotiate, and manage customer contracts and related documentation, including MSAs, order forms, amendments, renewals, and other commercial agreements; support US Contracts Counsel on new business opportunities and bespoke contractual arrangements; and escalate complex or higher-risk matters as appropriate.
    • Act as a primary point of contact for contracting requests and questions from Sales, Account Managers, Customer Success, Finance, and other internal stakeholders.
    • Draft, update, and maintain approved contract templates, documentation, and contracting policies, supporting new business, renewals, amendments, and the migration of legacy customers to current contracting standards.
    • Maintain current template versions and ensure the correct approved template and contracting position is used.
    • Coordinate with Legal, Privacy, Finance, Sales, Customer Success, and other stakeholders to obtain the input and approvals needed to progress contracts through to completion.
    • Maintain accurate contract records, approvals, signatures, and related documentation across Salesforce, Conga, SharePoint, SimpleDocs, and other contract management systems.
    • Track new business and renewal contracting activity and provide regular status updates to the Contracts team and relevant stakeholders.
    • Identify opportunities to improve contracting processes, templates, guidance, and ways of working to support efficient and consistent contract management.
    • Carry out other contract management activities as needed.

    Requirements

    • Relevant experience in contract management, legal operations, sales operations, customer renewals, new business, or a similar business support role.
    • Experience drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts, amendments, templates, or other business documents in a high-volume environment, supporting frequent contract requests from demanding Sales stakeholders within short turnaround times.
    • Experience in a software or SaaS environment is helpful but not essential.
    • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise competing requests and manage deadlines effectively.
    • Excellent attention to detail and a consistent approach to document control, version management, and record keeping.
    • Clear written and verbal communication skills and confidence working with internal stakeholders.
    • Confident using Microsoft Word and Excel and comfortable learning systems such as Salesforce, SharePoint, Conga, and SimpleDocs.
    • Able to identify when a request falls outside an approved template or process, and redirect or escalate it as appropriate.
    • An interest in developing broader commercial contracting knowledge over time.

    Qualifications

    • Reliable, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proactive and responsive, with a calm and practical approach to competing priorities.
    • Able to follow established templates and processes while asking questions and escalating when needed.
    • Open and communicative, and able to work closely with a busy Contracts team.

    Benefits

    • 23 vacation days, 10 sick days, 1 annual volunteer day, and 1 day off for your birthday.
    • Medical, dental, and vision coverage at 96% of the payroll cost at the employee-only coverage level and 80% for employee plus dependent levels.

    • Employee matching charity donation scheme.
    • Options to lease an Electric Vehicle through salary sacrifice scheme.
    • Hybrid work model with flexible scheduling and sustainable work/life balance.
    • Bright, modern office spaces with well-stocked kitchen, ample parking, and dog-friendly policy.
    • Team-focused culture with emphasis on collaboration and fun.
    • Access to industry-leading product (Unily platform) for internal use and skill development.
I should also include the company background? The rules say "About the role" is a heading, but "About Unily" is company info. The user didn't specify to include company info, but it's part of the posting. However, the instruction says "reformat a job posting into clean, well-structured semantic HTML" and "Preserve ALL substantive information". The company description is substantive. But the rules for headings list "About the role" not "About the company". I could include it as a section "About the company" but that's not in the allowed headings list. The allowed headings are: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. "About the company" is not listed. However, the rule says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)". The "e.g." suggests these are examples, not exhaustive. But the instruction also says "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it". The company description is real content. But the job posting is about the role, not the company. Typically job postings include company overview. I think I should include it as "About the company" or maybe "About Unily". However, the rule says "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it)". The job title is not given in the input, but the posting is for "Contracts Manager" (implied). The company description is separate. I'll include a section "About the company" with the Unily description. But the allowed headings list doesn't include it. The instruction says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)". It doesn't forbid other headings, but says "e.g." meaning for example. I think it's okay to add "About the company". However, the user might expect only those headings. But the company description is substantive. I'll include it as a section. Alternatively, I could fold the company description into the "About the role" section? But that's not accurate. Let me re-read: "reformat a job posting into clean, well-structured semantic HTML. Rules: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." This suggests those are the typical sections. The company description might be considered part of the job posting but not a required section. Many job postings have "About Us". I'll include it as "About the company" with h3. But the instruction also says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." The company description is substantial. I'll include it. Now, the "Why Work for Unily?" section includes both benefits and some culture aspects. I've captured them in Benefits. Also, the posting mentions "In addition to a generous base salary and commission plan" - that's pay information. But it's not specific (no numbers). The rule says "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It states "generous base salary and commission plan" but no details. Should I include a Pay section? The rule says "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state "generous base salary and commission plan" but that's vague. The rule also says "never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. 'commensurate with experience', 'not specified', 'N/A', 'varies', 'TBD')". "Generous base salary and commission plan" is somewhat placeholder. I think I should not create a Pay section because there's no specific pay information.
