About the role
The Associate Client Solutions Manager - Show Organizer Event Logistics is responsible for providing clients with a well-rounded planning and service experience. You will be in a lead and/or supporting role in the planning and execution of events, providing support and logistics coordination. This position supports the AV Sales group under the Growth (Sales) team and is eligible for a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be based out of Kearny, NJ.
Responsibilities
- Able to lead and manage events up to $250,000 per event
- Works with Business Development and Show Organizer clients to produce their events once the business has been sold
- Manages client requirements, expectations, and scope changes per event
- Acts as liaison between client and Freeman departments such as Creative, Graphic Production, and Operations
- Primarily produces business sold into a local market
- Travels to show location to manage event from move-in through move-out
- Works with Business Development to ensure accurate and timely invoicing
- Manages budgets and works with Business Development to quote prices
- Translates client requirements by working within internal systems to disseminate information to appropriate departments in a timely manner
- May be producing lead or may be part of a team on the execution of events
- Responsible for maintaining partnerships with facilities/venues
- With leadership approval, entertains clients as necessary
Requirements
- 0-2 years of related sales, account management, or project management experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant work experience required
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Ability to learn multiple internal and external systems
- Ability to successfully manage multiple events simultaneously
- Working knowledge of all Microsoft software applications
- Travel up to 25%

Pay
Pay range of $32-$34 hourly, based upon experience.
