About the Role

The Associate Client Solutions Manager – Show Organizer Event Logistics is responsible for providing clients with a comprehensive planning and service experience. You will lead and support the planning and execution of events, manage client requirements, and coordinate logistics. This position supports our Show Organizer group under the Growth (Sales) team and is eligible for a hybrid schedule, generally requiring in-office and/or show-site work 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate should be located in Denver, CO.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Able to lead and manage events up to $250,000 per event
  • Works with Show Organizer clients to produce their events after the sale
  • Manages client requirements, expectations, and scope changes per event
  • Liaises between client and our Creative, Strategy, Sponsorships, Graphic Production, Operations, and other Freeman departments
  • Primarily produces business sold into a local market
  • Travels to show locations to manage events from move-in through move-out
  • Responsible for accurate and timely invoicing to clients
  • Maintains knowledge of all products and service offerings and upsells to existing clients beyond current contracts
  • Quotes prices and manages budgets
  • Partners with Business Development and Client Relationship teams to renew client business
  • Translates client requirements by working within internal systems to disseminate information to appropriate departments in a timely manner
  • May be the primary producing lead or part of a team on event execution
  • Responsible for maintaining and growing partnerships with facilities/venues
  • Entertains clients as necessary

Requirements

  • 6+ months of related sales, account management, or project management experience
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills
  • Ability to learn multiple internal and external systems
  • Successfully manages multiple events simultaneously
  • Working knowledge of all Microsoft software applications

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant work experience required
