Role We are seeking a passionate, innovative, and consumer-obsessed marketer to join the Kids Adventure & Out-of-Home Strategy & Innovation team. This individual will play a critical role in shaping the future of the Good Humor brand while helping drive strategic growth across the Out-of-Home (OOH) ice cream business. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with strong executional excellence, thrives in a fast-paced cross-functional environment, and has a passion for developing breakthrough innovation, culturally relevant brand experiences, and consumer-loved products. What You'll Be Responsible For The Associate Brand Manager will lead key elements of Good Humor brand strategy and innovation while supporting the development of the broader OOH growth agenda. Brand Strategy & Equity Development Help develop and execute Good Humor's long-term brand strategy, positioning, and growth plans.Drive initiatives that strengthen brand relevance, distinctiveness, and consumer engagement.Translate consumer, category, and cultural insights into actionable business opportunities.Partner with creative, insights, and media teams to deliver compelling brand storytelling. Innovation Pipeline Leadership Lead end-to-end innovation projects from concept development through commercialization.Build robust business cases and innovation roadmaps aligned with strategic growth priorities.Coordinate cross-functional teams including R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Legal, Packaging Design, and Operations.Ensure projects are delivered on time, in full, and within budget. Out-of-Home Strategy & Growth Support development of OOH growth strategies across convenience, foodservice, ice cream truck, recreation, and other emerging channels.Identify white-space opportunities through analysis of consumer trends, marketplace dynamics, and channel insights.Partner with Customer Strategy, Category Management, and Sales teams to unlock distribution, visibility, and channel-specific growth opportunities. Consumer & Market Insights Lead consumer learning plans, concept testing, and innovation validation.Monitor category trends, competitive activity, and cultural movements to identify future growth opportunities.Synthesize data into clear recommendations and senior leadership presentations. Partnerships & Cultural Activation Support development of strategic brand partnerships, licensing opportunities, and experiential activations.Help identify culturally relevant opportunities that strengthen consumer engagement and brand impact.Collaborate with internal and external partners to bring initiatives to market effectively. Business Management Manage project budgets, purchase orders, forecasting inputs, and agency relationships.Track innovation performance and business results against key success metrics.Prepare materials for business reviews, innovation gates, and senior leadership presentations. We're Looking For Someone Who Thinks end-to-end and takes ownerships for resultsIs comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving organisationValues collaboration, clarity and low-ego ways of working Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.2–5 years of experience in brand management, innovation, category management, shopper marketing, consumer insights, or related commercial roles.Strong project management and cross-functional leadership capabilities.Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in CPG, food & beverage, retail, or consumer-focused industries.Experience supporting product innovation or commercialization.Familiarity with consumer research methodologies and data analysis.Demonstrated passion for brands, culture, innovation, and emerging consumer trends. The Magnum Ice Cream Company (TMICC) takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
