Associate Biller II
Full-time, Daylight shift; Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. in Butler, PA.
About the role
The Associate Biller II is responsible to the Reimbursement Supervisor for day-to-day billing, compilation of information for the Cost Report, and other billing activities respective to any Lutheran SeniorLife program as assigned. This position is largely self-supervised, requires initiative, discretion, good judgment, and strong communication skills.
Lutheran SeniorLife provides a comprehensive array of community-based health and social service programs throughout western Pennsylvania, including LIFE (Living Independence for the Elderly); skilled nursing; home health; personal care; adoption & foster care; assisted living; adult day services; memory care; hospice; palliative care; residential living; affordable housing; home safety monitoring; Meals on Wheels; rehabilitation services; and private duty.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- 1 year of related experience.
- Working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Word, and Excel (including Microsoft Office).
