Job Details

This is a full-time role with flexibility for in-office or hybrid work based on the candidate's preference.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage labor and employment litigation matters with increasing responsibility over time
• Handle court appearances, depositions, written discovery, mediations, law and motion practice, and trial preparation
• Serve as lead attorney on assigned cases, maintaining regular communication with clients
• Collaborate with a team of experienced litigators in a supportive, team-oriented environment
• Maintain an annual billable target of 1,900 hours

Qualifications

• 2–8 years of labor and employment litigation experience preferred
• Background in public entity defense, insurance defense, or business litigation is a plus
• Strong litigation skills and ability to take initiative with minimal supervision
• Active member of the California Bar in good standing

About the Role

We are seeking a Labor and Employment Litigation Associate to join our Los Angeles office, located in the Downtown/Bunker Hill area.

Benefits

• Salary range: $150,000 – $200,000, based on experience
• Quarterly bonus program

$150,000 - $215,000 per year
