Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in civil litigation
  • At least 3+ years of significant advice and counseling work in labor and employment law
  • Experience with handling of employee leaves
  • Drafting handbooks
  • Providing managerial trainings
  • Meeting with clients
  • Familiarity with Cal/OSHA regulations and requirements
  • Drafting safety programs for employers
  • Assessing company HR policies and procedures to determine legal compliance
  • Working with clients to reduce risk associated with employee terminations and restructuring
  • Other similar advice and counseling tasks
  • Able to assist with discovery, motions, and other litigation work on an as needed basis
  • Handle multiple pre-litigation matters as needed
  • Willingness to engage in marketing efforts

Qualifications

  • Juris doctorate degree from an ABA accredited law school
  • Must be licensed to practice in CA

Pay

Salary Range: $145,000 to $200,000
