Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in civil litigation
- At least 3+ years of significant advice and counseling work in labor and employment law
- Experience with handling of employee leaves
- Drafting handbooks
- Providing managerial trainings
- Meeting with clients
- Familiarity with Cal/OSHA regulations and requirements
- Drafting safety programs for employers
- Assessing company HR policies and procedures to determine legal compliance
- Working with clients to reduce risk associated with employee terminations and restructuring
- Other similar advice and counseling tasks
- Able to assist with discovery, motions, and other litigation work on an as needed basis
- Handle multiple pre-litigation matters as needed
- Willingness to engage in marketing efforts
Qualifications
- Juris doctorate degree from an ABA accredited law school
- Must be licensed to practice in CA

Salary Range: $145,000 to $200,000
