About the role
O'Hagan Meyer seeks an attorney with at least 3 years of civil litigation experience to join our Hermosa Beach office.
Responsibilities
- Experience litigating in some or all of the areas of employment, business/commercial litigation, professional liability, premises liability, and/or directors & officers defense
- Legal research, drafting of pleadings motions and other documents
- Taking and defending depositions
- Drafting and answering discovery requests
- Trial preparation and trial assistance
- Ability to communicate with both clients and colleagues in an effectively
- Some local travel for court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, site inspections and depositions
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in civil litigation (preferred experienced in employment or commercial litigation)
- Admission to the state bar of California required

Pay
- Salary Range: $155,000 to $200,000
