The Center Associate Administrator assists the Center Administrator with daily operations and, in conjunction with the Medical Director, helps construct and implement policies and procedures following Governing Body approval. The role involves business development, achieving center objectives, establishing administrative policies, coordinating activities, and ensuring high operational standards. The Associate Administrator ensures compliance with governmental and regulatory requirements, maintains physical property and equipment, and supports the Medical Staff in meeting quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate positive and effective working relationships with the Governing Body, Medical Director, and Medical Staff.
- Ensure day-to-day operations adhere to clinical practice standards.
- Coordinate the use of corporate personnel and hospital resources, including legal, financial, staffing, credentialing, marketing, human resources, and development expertise.
- Build the ASC’s reputation with physicians, patients, third-party payors, and the community.
- Responsible for business development of the center in conjunction with the Business Development/Marketing Representative.
- Maintain a high level of personal service to physicians and their patients.
- Maintain appropriate personnel levels, including hiring, promoting, assigning, and discharging when necessary.
- Participate in professional and community organizations to promote public relations and interact with the public on healthcare-related topics.
- Understand, implement, and maintain personnel policies, employee benefits, wage and salary programs, and job descriptions approved by the Governing Body.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Nursing, or a related field (equivalent work experience may substitute).
- Minimum of 1 year of direct or related experience in leadership.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in ambulatory care preferred (related healthcare fields considered).

We are a licensed and AAAHC-accredited multi-specialty facility offering five operating rooms, four GI endoscopy suites, two pain management suites, and two overnight rooms for 23-hour observation.
