Overview
This position contributes to the success of Pepsi Beverages North America by providing general administrative support to the Sussex, Wisconsin location within the Twin Cities / Wisconsin Market.
Responsibilities
- Provide a high level of customer service and support to both internal and external customers in person and via email or telephone
- Conduct a weekly inventory of building supplies (office supplies, breakroom supplies, maintenance supplies) and communicate / purchase appropriately to ensure appropriate inventory levels are maintained
- Maintain organization and cleanliness for shared spaces
- Process donations for the location and obtain all necessary tax documentation
- Prepare outgoing mail/packages and sort incoming mail/packages
- Process accounts payable for the location in a timely manner, ensuring correct and consistent general ledger coding as well as proper document retention in accordance with company policy
- Run, analyze, and distribute reporting as needed
- Provide planning & execution support for company events, such as team meetings, retirement parties, and employee recognition opportunities
- Serve as the mobile device location process owner, which involves managing mobile device inventory, enforcing company policies and expectations surrounding mobile devices, and troubleshooting mobile device issues
- Works with a centralized accounts receivable department to resolve cashiering and/or customer issues via SAP
- Other administrative and customer support responsibilities assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of experience providing administrative support
- High level of computer proficiency and ability to become proficient in multiple IT applications
- Must be a strong team player and assist others when necessary
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in prioritizing work and multi-tasking, with a strong sense of urgency
- Outstanding organization, time management, and follow-up skills
- Responsible and reliable
- Aptitude to work with minimal supervision – set goals, create and implement action plans, and monitor progress toward goals
