Associate Actuarial Director - Remote

For our client, we are seeking a Associate Actuarial Director - Remote to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will help shape actuarial analysis that informs healthcare cost management, predictive modeling, and financial planning. The position partners closely with stakeholders across the business to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations. In addition, this leader will mentor actuarial talent and help strengthen modeling discipline across the team. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $112,700 – $193,200 annually Responsibilities Develop and evaluate studies on healthcare cost drivers Mentor actuarial talent through coaching and peer review Collaborate with stakeholders to identify analytic business questions Support cross-team collaboration in actuarial and financial planning Lead meetings to validate modeling assumptions Design and run complex data programs using analytical tools Interpret and disseminate modeling analysis results with recommendations Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited university ASA or FSA designation 5+ years in actuarial science, data science, or predictive analytics Experience with Medical and/or Pharmacy claims data Advanced proficiency in MS Excel Benefits Comprehensive benefits package Incentive and recognition programs Equity stock purchase options 401(k) contribution Flexible remote work options, with specific in-office requirements for certain locations Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
