Actuarial Associate Director - Remote

For our client, we are seeking a Actuarial Associate Director - Remote to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. In this role, you will lead actuarial modeling and analytics efforts that support Medicare and value-based care initiatives. You will translate revenue, claims, and performance data into clear business insights for senior leadership and partner closely with provider organizations to inform risk and strategic decision-making. This position also includes mentoring junior analysts and helping advance thought leadership across the organization's healthcare payment and delivery programs. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $112,700 – $193,200 annually Responsibilities Oversee and maintain actuarial models for Medicare accountable care organization lines of business Analyze revenue and claim data from multiple sources for senior leadership Serve as a resource for risk-taking provider organizations Communicate business performance results and strategic recommendations Contribute to thought leadership in value-based care programs Mentor and review the work of 1-2 analyst team members Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or a related field 5+ years of actuarial experience with healthcare analytics and modeling 3+ years of experience working with large healthcare claims datasets Proficiency in Excel and SQL Strong problem-solving, communication, and critical thinking skills Benefits Comprehensive benefits package Incentive and recognition programs Equity stock purchase options 401(k) contributions Opportunities for professional growth and development Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
