Associate Account Strategist - Health
About the role
This position is hybrid with the ability to work remotely up to two days per week. Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday are required in-office days.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Senior Account Strategists to support large, complex health and pharmaceutical accounts while independently managing a portfolio of smaller strategic accounts.
- Respond to RFPs and develop media plans aligned with clients’ strategic marketing and brand objectives within the healthcare and pharmaceutical landscape.
- Execute and implement digital advertising campaigns to ensure successful delivery, optimization, and performance across campaigns. Includes coordinating cross-functional teams to implement custom executions and solutions.
- Deliver a high-touch, white glove client experience by serving as a key internal and external point of contact throughout campaign execution and post-sale support.
- Collaborate with Ad Operations to ensure campaigns are trafficked accurately, monitored proactively, and optimized effectively to meet client KPIs.
- Support campaign measurement and performance analysis using healthcare-focused attribution and analytics platforms such as Crossix and IQVIA, helping clients understand campaign impact and audience engagement.
- Maximize campaign performance and revenue growth by partnering with RevOps and cross-functional teams to identify optimization opportunities, improve renewal rates, and grow existing business.
- Maintain accurate campaign documentation by updating contract management systems with change orders, optimizations, delays, and other revisions that may impact revenue or delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field preferred. Equivalent digital marketing or sales experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis.
- Experience: 1–3 years of digital advertising, account management, client services, media planning, or project management experience preferred, anything within healthcare or pharmaceutical is a plus.
Skills and Abilities
- Familiarity with digital media measurement, attribution, and reporting platforms such as Crossix, IQVIA, or other healthcare analytics tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to partner effectively across sales, operations, analytics, and client teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-first approach and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field preferred.

The pay range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position and may change in the future. Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance.
