Avalere Health is united by one profound purpose: to reach every patient possible. We ensure every patient is identified, treated, supported, and cared for equally. Our Advisory, Medical, and Marketing teams collaborate intentionally to forge unconventional connections, building a future where healthcare is not a barrier and no patient is left behind. We are committed to creating a culture where employees are empowered to bring their whole selves to work, leveraging diverse backgrounds and skillsets to make a tangible impact on patient lives.

Our flexible approach to working allows teams to decide where they work—whether in-office or at home—based on team and client needs. Major city hubs in London, Manchester, Washington, D.C., and New York, along with smaller global offices, serve as collaboration spaces. Homeworkers are equally supported with dedicated social opportunities and resources.

Our inclusive culture is supported by six Employee Network Groups—Diverse Ability, Family, Gender, LGBTQ+, Mental Health, and Race/Ethnicity—which promote diversity, equity, and inclusion through regular meetings and programs. We are an accredited Fertility Friendly employer, offering enhanced parental leave, flexible working, and support across family-planning journeys. We are also part of the Disability Confident Scheme, ensuring fair interviews for candidates with disabilities, long-term health conditions, or neurodiversity.

We invest in professional growth through on-demand training, career conversations, and opportunities for global, cross-capability career moves.
