Assisted Living LPN / Night Shift

About the role

NHC Place Cool Springs Assisted Living is seeking qualified RN or LPN to join our team. We offer 12 hour shifts with pay up to $37.00 per hour. We value a healthy work/life balance and appreciate our residents and their families.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinical competency as evidenced by application of integrated nursing knowledge and skills, leadership, and communication skills.
• Utilizes the nursing process in assessment, planning and implementing care.
• Exhibits organizational ability related to workflow, prioritizing to meet the patient care needs.
• Integrates current standards of practice as well as local, state, and federal regulations related to nursing services in the care of patients.
• P Practices continuous quality improvement thinking and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Assisted Living, long term care, skilled nursing and/or long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
• Maintain a current unencumbered license to practice in the state where employed.

Shifts available are 12 hour shifts.

Pay

Up to $37.00 an hour.
