Responsibilities
- Maintain clinical competency by applying integrated nursing knowledge and skills.
- Utilize the nursing process in assessment, planning, and implementing care.
- Show organizational ability relevant to workflow and prioritizing patient care needs.
- Adhere to current standards of practice, local, state, and federal regulations.
- Think continuously about quality improvement and problem-solving.
Requirements
- Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
- Hold a current, unencumbered license to practice in the state where employed.
- Have long-term care, skilled nursing, or long-term care experience (preferred).
- New graduates are welcome!
