Responsibilities

• Maintain clinical competency by applying integrated nursing knowledge and skills.
• Utilize the nursing process in assessment, planning, and implementing care.
• Show organizational ability relevant to workflow and prioritizing patient care needs.
• Adhere to current standards of practice, local, state, and federal regulations.
• Think continuously about quality improvement and problem-solving.

Requirements

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
• Hold a current, unencumbered license to practice in the state where employed.
• Have long-term care, skilled nursing, or long-term care experience (preferred).
• New graduates are welcome!
