Responsibilities
- Maintain clinical competency
- Apply integrated nursing knowledge and skills
- Lead and communicate effectively
- Implement the nursing process in assessment, planning, and care
- Prioritize workflow to meet patient needs
- Adhere to current standards of practice and regulations
- Think continuously about quality and solve problems
Requirements
- Graduated from an accredited nursing program
- Hold a current unencumbered license to practice in your state
- Have long-term care, skilled nursing, or long-term care experience (preferred)
- Be a new graduate (welcome)
