Assisted Living LPN / Night Shift

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinical competency by applying integrated nursing knowledge and skills.
• Utilize the nursing process in assessment, planning, and implementing care.
• Show organizational ability related to workflow and prioritize patient care needs.
• Integrate current standards of practice and regulatory requirements into patient care.
• Promote continuous quality improvement and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Assisted living, long-term care, skilled nursing, or long-term care experience preferred, but not required.
• RN or LPN certification.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
• Maintain a current unencumbered license to practice in the state where employed.
• Seek opportunities for personal and professional growth, including attending continuing education offerings and mentoring partners.

Schedule

Shifts are available on a 12-hour schedule, both full-time and part-time positions are available.
