Role Overview The Assisted Living Coordinator is responsible for leading daily care operations in a senior living setting, ensuring high-quality, resident-centered services. They oversee team recruitment, hiring, development, and performance management, while managing staffing, scheduling, and operational efficiency. Key duties include partnering with clinical teams on assessments and care planning, monitoring resident health changes, and communicating with families. They collaborate with Activities and Dining teams to enhance residents' experiences and ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards. The role requires strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and care systems is essential. Candidates should have at least one year of experience in assisted living, long-term care, or healthcare, along with supervisory or team leadership experience. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is expected.
