Assistant Vice President

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients and ensure marketing objectives are clearly understood and executed
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and proactively provide strategic marketing guidance
• Translate client goals into actionable marketing strategies informed by data
• Oversee execution of multi-channel digital campaigns and direct mail to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Collaborate with analytics and media teams to create insightful campaign performance reports and presentations
• Identify account growth opportunities and support upselling or cross-selling of services as needed
• Develop internal briefs for new campaigns and lead kickoff calls with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• 12-15+ years of account management experience in a marketing or advertising agency with a strong digital and direct mail marketing focus
• Understanding of performance marketing, media planning and buying, and campaign execution
• Experience managing multiple campaigns for clients in insurance, banking, financial services, or healthcare
• Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, and Meta Ads; hands-on experience not required
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, and presentation skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

Pay

$150,000 – $185,000 annually
