- Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
- Six months to one year related experience and/or training
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to speak a second language (either Spanish or Haitian/Creole) required.
English literacy skills and bilingual literacy skills preferred.
Typing or keyboarding skills required.
Knowledge of diverse cultures preferred.
