Assistant Teacher, Nursery School

Responsibilities

• Aid the lead teacher in maintaining a safe and nurturing classroom environment.
• Engage children in age-appropriate activities designed to promote social-emotional development, cognitive skills, and creativity.
• Support children with toileting, handwashing, and other daily routines.
• Communicate effectively with parents and teachers.
• Participate in classroom setup and organization.
• Maintain a positive and engaging attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience working with young children (nannying, daycare, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
