About the role
- Aid in implementing age-appropriate lesson plans
- Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through active engagement and positive interactions
- Prepare classroom materials and ensure a safe, clean, and inviting learning environment
- Supervise and provide individualized support to children and foster a sense of belonging
- Communicate with families about their child’s progress and daily activities
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines and licensing regulations to ensure a secure environment
- Support daily care routines and tasks to promote a nurturing learning environment

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- At least one year of relevant work experience in early childhood education
- Valid CPR and First Aid certification
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
- Experience working with children ages 2-6
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of child development and educational theories
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
