Responsibilities

As an Assistant Teacher, you will:

• Support the Lead Teacher in creating a safe, nurturing environment for infants
• Implement age-appropriate educational activities and routines
• Monitor and assist infants during meal times and naps
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous experience working in a licensed childcare setting

Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Experience with infant care and development

Skills

Pay

The starting compensation is $19 - $20/hr, based on education and experience.

Schedule

The schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:15am-5:15pm.
