Assistant Studio Manager - U District
About the role
The Assistant Studio Manager (ASM) works closely with the Studio Manager to ensure the front of the house operations run smoothly. This position offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic-duo, a positive influence to the ultimate studio dream team, and to represent the Orangetheory brand.
Responsibilities
- Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge
- Presenting the OTF concept to any interested consumers, also known as “intros”
- Working at our front desk which includes answering phones and talking to members among other tasks
- Giving studio tours
- Working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout
- Selling memberships to help the studio thrive
- Following up on prospective clients
- Handling members’ concerns in a professional and objective manner with the goal of resolution
- Participating in marketing and outreach events
- Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
Requirements
- A passion for fitness and a desire to help others achieve their health and wellness goals
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work well with others
- Experience in a customer service or retail environment is preferred
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Orangetheory Fitness certification is preferred but not required
