About the role

Hot 8 Yoga is the Hottest. Cleanest. Most Connected hot yoga studio. We are seeking enthusiastic, growth-driven Directors and Assistant Directors who love Yoga to join our company.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring, and training teachers and front desk staff
• Working a minimum of 40 in-studio hours per week
• Being present at the studio during peak business hours (evenings and weekends)
• Tracking studio budget
• Addressing day-to-day maintenance needs
• Processing payroll
• Overseeing inventory
• Leading teacher trainings
• Leading and managing teachers and front desk staff

Qualifications

• A 200-hour RYT certificate
• Experience teaching Power, Power 1, Barre, Sculpt, Hot Power Fusion, and Yin classes
• Previous management experience required
