Assistant Store Manager - Full-Time

Role Overview: The Assistant Store Manager supports store operations, focusing on customer service, merchandise management, and team supervision. They assist with scheduling, training, safety meetings, and ensuring policy compliance. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service and operate cash registers.Assist with opening and closing the store.Help manage employee schedules, training, and safety procedures.Manage merchandise receiving, stocking, display setup, and inventory control.Ensure accurate cash handling, security, and deposit procedures.Support store management in the absence of the Store Manager.
