Assistant Store Manager - Full-Time

The Assistant Store Manager supports store operations with a customer-first approach, assisting with staff supervision, merchandise management, and store presentation. They help ensure smooth daily operations, including opening and closing the store, scheduling and training employees, and maintaining safety standards. Responsibilities include stocking, rotating merchandise, managing inventory levels, and implementing planograms to ensure proper product placement. They assist in safeguarding assets by overseeing cash handling, cashier accountability, and security protocols, and help manage financial transactions and deposits. The role involves providing excellent customer service, operating cash registers, and supporting the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
