About the role

The successful candidate will be an Assistant Sales Manager at a family of Harley-Davidson dealerships located in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. This position focuses on leading and motivating the sales team to achieve acceptable sales gross profit levels.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees the sales team and sales process to ensure acceptable levels of sales gross profit.
  • Ensures the sales team is trained, motivated, and available.
  • Helps establish sales forecasts.
  • Provides prompt, dependable, high-quality customer service.
  • Develops monthly and annual objectives for the sales department.

Requirements

This role requires a dynamic and enthusiastic individual with a detail-oriented, optimistic, and friendly personality. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in an indoor and outdoor environment and enjoy building relationships with customers.
