Assistant Sales Manager | Full Time

About the role

The successful candidate will be an Assistant Sales Manager at a family of Harley-Davidson dealerships located in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. This position involves overseeing the sales team, ensuring sales performance, training, motivation, and providing customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversees sales team and process to ensure acceptable levels of sales gross profit.
• Ensures sales team is trained, motivated, and available.
• Helps to establish sales forecasts.
• Provides prompt, dependable, high quality customer service.
• Helps to develop monthly and annual objectives for the sales department.

Requirements

This role requires a dynamic and enthusiastic individual with a detail-oriented, optimistic, and friendly personality. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales and customer service, as well as the ability to build relationships and provide excellent service.

Qualifications

Qualifications include a strong background in sales and customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

The schedule for this position is typically Monday through Friday, with some weekend availability as needed.
