Join Our Team! Beach Front Property Management is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Assistant Property Manager & Leasing Consultant to join our team at one of our apartment communities in Chino. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the day-to-day operations of a residential community. You'll work closely with the On-Site Property Manager, assist with leasing available apartments, and help ensure the community operates smoothly.
Requirements
- Customer service, leasing, sales, hospitality, or property management experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Professional, dependable, and detail oriented.
- Comfortable using computers and learning property management software.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
