About the role
The Assistant Project Manager will support the planning, coordination, and execution of interiors construction projects. This role is key in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing all phases of interiors construction projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables, addressing any issues that arise.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and updates.
- Support procurement processes for materials and services required for projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on all project sites.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and maintain quality standards.
- Assist in resolving any project-related challenges promptly and effectively.

Pay & Benefits
- Competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $85,000.
