Responsibilities
- Manage interior construction projects from design development through final turnover
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts
- Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Lead subcontractor buyouts, contract scopes, and change management processes
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance
- Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals for interior scopes
- Resolve field issues and proactively mitigate project risks
- Ensure projects meet quality standards, contractual requirements, and deadlines
- Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to leadership and clients
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing commercial interior construction projects
- Strong understanding of interior trades
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with construction schedules, budgets, and cost controls
- Proficiency with project management software and MS Office tools
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
Pay
$100,000 - $150,000 per year
