Responsibilities

  • Manage interior construction projects from design development through final turnover
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Lead subcontractor buyouts, contract scopes, and change management processes
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance
  • Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals for interior scopes
  • Resolve field issues and proactively mitigate project risks
  • Ensure projects meet quality standards, contractual requirements, and deadlines
  • Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to leadership and clients

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing commercial interior construction projects
  • Strong understanding of interior trades
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with construction schedules, budgets, and cost controls
  • Proficiency with project management software and MS Office tools
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred

Pay

$100,000 - $150,000 per year
