As an Experienced Fire Restoration Professional, you’ll play a vital role in operations, leading projects, solving problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee restoration projects from start to finish.
- Demonstrate expertise in fire damage mitigation, including smoke and odor remediation.
- Adhere to industry standards and company protocols.
- Coordinate with colleagues, customers, and insurance adjusters to ensure project success.
- Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
Requirements
- Current or recently expired IICRC certifications (any of the following: FSRT, FLS, CLS, OCT, CCT, CPT, UFT). Additional state certifications and licensing such as Mold are highly preferred.
- Minimum of two years experience in a lead role with fire restoration experience.
- Strong practical skills in restoration, excellent communication, and great work ethic.
- Results‑driven, problem‑solving mindset with a commitment to exceptional customer service.

Pay
