Job Summary
Aid Project Managers in scheduling, manpower planning, and personnel assignment.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Completion of a bachelor's degree in construction management or related field, or equivalent experience in the construction industry.
- Previous experience with Accubid, Bluebeam Revue, BIM360, and ProCore.
- Knowledge of electrical construction and the National Electrical Code.
- Understanding of construction technology, equipment, methods, craft agreements, jurisdiction, negotiations, engineering, estimating, schedules, and safety.
KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Working knowledge of cost accounting, basic estimating, construction technology, purchasing, and project controls.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to manage performance using effective management techniques.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist Project Managers in planning work schedules, determining manpower levels, and assigning personnel.
- Provide advice on potential problems, work interferences, and schedule difficulties; assist in resolving these issues.
- Perform tasks related to budget development, including coding timesheets, invoices, and tracking progress per cost account.
- Analyze work progress and develop craft productivity reports.
- Prepare various comparison reports, charts, and tables for project analysis.
- Assist in preparing special reports, studies, and other documents requested by clients and project management.
- Manage and issue subcontracts.
- Coordinate material procurement and perform administrative tasks, including supervision and training of clerical or entry-level professionals.
- Perform other tasks and special projects as assigned.

- Position is located on-site at a construction jobsite near Smithville, MO.
