YOU, Inc. is seeking an experienced Assistant Program Director III to help lead our Department of Public Health (DPH)-licensed Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinic, providing urgent and specialty mental health services for children, adolescents, and families.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of a DPH-licensed outpatient behavioral health clinic.
• Ensure high-quality, client-centered care that meets regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Oversee clinical workflows, service delivery, and access to urgent and specialty behavioral health services.
• Monitor clinic performance, including waitlists, service utilization, client outcomes, and satisfaction.
• Assist with budgeting and resource management to support program goals.
• Provide supervision, coaching, and mentorship to therapists, counselors, case managers, and other clinical staff.
• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and retaining talented clinicians.
• Facilitate team meetings, case consultations, and professional development opportunities.
• Foster a collaborative, supportive, and inclusive team culture grounded in evidence-based practice.
• Ensure compliance with DPH regulations, licensing standards, and state and federal requirements.
• Support quality assurance initiatives and continuous performance improvement.
• Assist with regulatory audits, licensing reviews, and documentation oversight.
• Monitor treatment planning and clinical documentation to ensure best practices and positive client outcomes.
• Promote trauma-informed, culturally responsive care for youth and families.
• Support clinicians in addressing complex family needs through coordinated care with schools, healthcare providers, and community agencies.
• Help develop strategies that improve family engagement and access to services.
• Provide leadership during behavioral health crises and support staff in managing high-risk situations.
• Assist in developing crisis intervention protocols and staff training.
• Represent YOU, Inc. in community partnerships, professional meetings, and outreach initiatives.
• Strengthen relationships with schools, healthcare systems, social service agencies, and community organizations.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in clinical psychology or related field required.
• Behavioral Health clinical license required (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, Licensed psychologist).
• CANS certified.
• 3–5 years of related experience.
• Standard driver’s license – class C or class D.

Pay

$38.46/hour
