About the Role
Signet Health is seeking a Director of Outpatient Behavioral Health for our Senior Adult Outpatient Behavioral Health program based at Howard County Medical Center in St. Paul, NE. This position requires a Nebraska-licensed Mental Health Practitioner or Licensed Social Worker.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Senior Adult Outpatient Program.
- Supervise staff members.
- Market the program and establish referral connections within the community to promote and foster the growth and reputation of the program.
- Provide both group and individual therapy.
Requirements
- Nebraska State Licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Practitioner or Licensed Social Worker.
- 2+ years of related work experience.
- Strong communication and organization skills.
- Marketing skills.
