About the role

The Behavioral Health Outpatient team provides support for children, adolescents, and young adults to manage mood, thinking, and behaviors, fostering resilience and healing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Behavioral Health Therapists
• Manage outpatient clinic administrative functions
• Support treatment team in delivering evidence-based treatment
• Evaluate organizational and community needs and develop programs
• Collaborate with leadership to implement integrated treatment models
• Supervise all Behavioral Health Outpatient Team Members

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family counseling or related field
• Licensed as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
• Experience working with children/families from diverse backgrounds and those with disabilities
• Two years of supervisory experience
