Responsibilities
- Assisting the Program Director in the overall functioning and operation of the program, including administrative tasks (including payroll, scheduling and petty cash)
- Staff supervision
- Group/individual counseling and crisis intervention
- Coordination with state hospital maintenance personnel for the overall upkeep of the residences
- On-call responsibilities and membership in the management team
- Availability for some nights and weekends
Qualifications
- Minimum of Associates Degree or 60 credit hours of college credits, preferred Bachelor’s Degree in human services (or equivalent)
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience and/or training
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with a related population/service
