Assistant Program Director

About the role

The Little Gym is seeking enthusiastic and experienced individuals to join our team. You will be responsible for teaching amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method, providing outstanding customer service and membership experience, overseeing program quality, training and evaluating the team, and fostering a positive environment where kids walk out more confident each day.

Responsibilities

• Teach classes based on our curriculum and teaching method
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience
• Oversight of program quality to ensure classes meet curriculum expectations
• Train and evaluate the team to keep everyone at the top of their game
• Oversee the gym's fun and serious aspects, ensuring a balance between enjoyment and responsibility

Requirements

• Totally open to being a goofball and love giving high 5’s
• Lovely personality that kids and parents alike enjoy
• A background in child development, physical education, or gymnastics is helpful

Qualifications

• Confidence in your ability to lead and motivate a team
• Ability to maintain high standards and expectations
• Positive attitude and willingness to have fun while doing work

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
