About the Role
Provides oversight and direct supervision of program staff, serving in a managerial capacity. Requires flexibility, focus on program needs, and the ability to manage a fast-paced environment. Acts as the Prevention of Sexual Abuse Compliance Manager, ensuring appropriate responses to sexual abuse and harassment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise program staff to ensure appropriate use of resources
- Oversee daily operations of the center
- Assist in recruiting, home study, and home inspection functions as needed
- Train staff in home study and home inspection functions
- Supervise assignments of Resource Family Homes to Case Managers/Social Workers
- Coordinate with law enforcement agencies in cases of sexual abuse
- Conduct and attend sexual assault screening/recognition training
- Ensure compliance with government regulations regarding sexual abuse prevention
- Screen Special Incidents and police reports related to sexual abuse
- Maintain confidentiality of incident and complaint investigation reports
- Conduct crisis interventions with staff and service recipients
- Assist with intake/placement of children
- Transport children to parents/sponsors on rotation
Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in prevention/education of sexual abuse, crisis interventions, or working with victims of sexual abuse
- 3+ years experience with child welfare standards, best practices, quality assurance, and/or compliance
- 5+ years progressive employment in social services or childcare
- Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, sociology, or related field
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard office equipment
- S.A.R.T. Certification as a sexual assault counselor strongly preferred

Salary Range: $77,000 - $82,000
