Assistant Program Coordinator - School of Medicine Neurobehavior
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Aids in the development and implementation of program initiatives.
- Prepares briefing materials, reports, correspondence, and other documents.
- Performs research and develops and maintains databases.
- Develops and maintains promotional materials.
- Communicates with national and possibly international program contacts.
- Tracks program expenditures and participates in the budget preparation process.
- Drafts, edits, and processes grant proposals.
- Prepares and distributes reports.
- Captures logistical arrangements for meetings, conferences, and travel.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- A bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
