Assistant Professor of Management
About the role
The Department of Management in the AACSB-accredited Knauss School of Business at the University of San Diego invites applications for two tenure-track Assistant Professor positions beginning in Fall 2027. We seek candidates with a promising research trajectory who can teach undergraduate and graduate courses in organizations, global strategy, and entrepreneurship, and contribute to the research, teaching, and service needs of the department and school.
Position Requirements
- PhD, or be ABD near completion, in Management with a specialization in Organizational Behavior, Organization Theory, Strategic Management, or a related field from an AACSB-accredited program by the start of the appointment.
- A record of scholarly achievement in high-quality peer-reviewed outlets in their field.
- A commitment to teaching excellence and service in a private university environment.

Salary and Benefits
The salary range provided in this posting reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual compensation offered or earned is dependent on experience, education and other factors including departmental budget. The posting salary is $12,083 - $12,916/Monthly.
