About the role

This is a tenure-track position in management. We are seeking faculty members able to teach undergraduate and graduate courses in management, human resource management, OB, and related subjects. Marist faculty are expected to maintain a robust program of disciplinary research resulting in peer-reviewed publications. They also participate in the life of the School and its activities, including involvement in committee work, student advising and support, and community outreach activities.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Terminal degree in management or closely related field (Ph.D., or A.B.D. with projected completion by December 2027).
  • Professional experience is also highly desirable.

University pays 100% tuition only. Eligible dependents may be Reimbursed up to $2,000 per semester towards tuition at another accredited institution. Eligibility requirements including waiting periods and/or employee probationary periods may apply at the discretion of the University.

The AACSB-accredited Marist School of Management, which includes majors in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, and Economics, is a leader in teaching students to develop the skills to succeed in today’s global business community. Business administration students can concentrate in marketing, finance, entrepreneurship, management, or international business. The School of Management offers three online graduate degrees: an online Master of Business Administration program, online Master of Public Administration, and a Master of Science in Professional Accountancy.
